		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;ve met some middle aged people recently that really felt as of the job market did not care about people in their age bracket. These conversations seemed to revolve largely around new technology and how corporations see the younger generation as the group that gets tech stuff and how it fits in with corporate goals. 

I think in this tough economy, middle aged people can easily feel displaced. I&#039;m happy to see your post extolling the virtues of wisdom and experience!]]></description>
