Last night the founders of Six Figures – Karen Jenkin and Kelly Magowan – were pleased to be able to support and attend the ‘Art in Motion’ fundraiser event for the Olivia Newton-John Cancer and Wellness Centre.
The event included a live auction of some beautiful garments and pieces of jewellery, co-ordinated through Deborah Mar, to raise funds for the new centre, plus a silent auction of donated goods and services.
The Cancer and Wellness Centre will be built on the Austin Hospital site to help and support cancer patients. It will be an international cancer research precinct that integrates mainstream medical treatment with wellness therapies for people affected by any type of cancer and is publicly funded. They are seeking donations and would welcome your support.
