When we started Six Figures we set out to address the talent acquisition and retention needs of business. So Six Figures was launched as a service for talented, high worth candidates and the businesses that want them.
Somewhat naively, we figured that this was the full equation:
I.e. candidates + businesses = successful talent acquisition & retention
or – for those of you who just love maths – yes, I am talking to our accountants and engineers here…
c + b = star
where c is equal to our outstanding candidates, b represents the businesses we deal with and the sum total of these two figures is equivalent to successful talent acquisition and retention.
It was only later that we realised that we were working with a dodgy calculator and that recruitment agencies were an essential part of the equation and the sum would not work properly any other way.
So we have changed the way we do things to have all three working together harmoniously and, so far, the equation seems to be working.
